Design Features:
- Budget was a critical factor in building this home. We created a unique aesthetic by using rustic reclaimed timbers throughout the home.
- The kitchen features a custom Dekton counter top on the island, while the rest of the kitchen is off-the shelf cabinetry. This allowed us to elevate design without elevating the budget.
- The back patio was the creation of one of the homeowners who has decades in the landscaping business. This cozy and resilient space provides a haven for big gatherings and quiet enjoyment alike. Exposed rafters reflect the rustic theme inside the home.
- This home is situated in a landscape that is susceptible to wildfire. We addressed this with non-combustible siding and roofing, and an integrated roof-top sprinkler that can (and has been) turned on during evacuation to protect the home from embers.
